We should start the week with positivity! If things do not go our way, just push through. Remember it could be worse, plus there is always tomorrow and you can press the reset button.

To set the day or week right, try writing down a schedule – not just a vague idea of what you would like to accomplish this week.

WRITE IT DOWN.

Give it a try and see if you are productive this week after writing a schedule vs just thinking about what you would like to achieve.

Are we running today?? This is the new motto for the launch of the new Apple +Nike app watch since October 28, 2016.

For all my runners or newbies (getting into fitness),each morning you need to have an idea or a schedule ohow your day is going to go. If not, you will feel unaccomplished and any curve balls or unplanned bumps will ruin your mood or plans.

Once again, let's start right and plan. STAY FOCUSED. DO NOT GIVE UP.
