Monday Motivation- 3 Quotes for the Right Mindset!!!

Hi Guys!
Hello Besties!
Bonjour la gang!

We are halfway through the year, so how are you doing with your yearly goals? Work projects? Life projects? School? New Career path? Whatever it might be, take a moment to examine where you are at right now. I took an hour to plan my week and map the month of July today. I will do a mid-year post to share how things are going and changes I decided to take.
Here are the three quotes to achieve the right mindset.
Why three quotes? As a motivational coach I based my quotes on the three things I truly love: the foodie connoisseur’s viewpoint, the fitness enthusiast weekly motto (your personal dose of a cheerleader) and lastly looking at traveling quotes through the eyes of a wanderlust nomad, yours truly the Toronto girl on the go Ashlee haha.
Here we go:
We want to have a lasting impressions on others. We want to be remembered for the things we accomplished not just our pretty face, right? The expression “Don’t be an eye candy, be soul food” meaning we should shine in the eyes of others through our genuine and kind qualities, not only for our physical attributes. We all know candy is appealing, it shines, has different colors and flavors but what is the end results of too much of it? Possible cavities leading to numerous dentist visits. We should be soul food nutritious, flavorful and delicious. After enjoying our company, others should feel refreshed and even cheerfully anticipated the next encounter. Interactions where all individuals involved are mentally stimulated, motivated to advance in their lives or just frankly able to express what is on their minds will create a feeling of kindredness. It will draw both persons closer to each other and tighten the bonds of the relationship. That’s said, please be aware of not suffocating the other person or overstay your welcome. Go with the flow but control the flow, fair enough? You feel me?
Now that summer is here full swing, Canada day long weekend was a hot one, we need to maintain that summer body. No matter where you are in your journey to good health or to be a live fit athlete, keep in my mind that it is a lifestyle. Ask yourself if what you are doing today is getting closer to where you want to be tomorrow. Simply put, just plan and execute. FIFA is on, after the game go for a walk or swim eh!

So many things in life have age requirements. Often people feel limited to make some career change or try something new because of their age. They think they only have one shot to figure things out. Trust me, you don’t. When it comes to traveling there is never a right time. Just decide where to go and follow through with it. If you are a solo traveller, always take the necessary precautions to be safe. There are many online groups that allow you to connect with same like mind people, ones who desire to travel. Ask your travel agent about special packages for solo traveller. You do not have to wait on a certain age to travel. Look at your options, if it is possible to work remotely or take a leave of absence from your job. Whatever it takes you will not regret it, you might discover a new talent that lays within you.

Happy Travel!
